Jit describes himself as someone who is deeply spiritual and this shapes his core values of authencity, integrity and being ‘people centric’.  These values underpin how he works with his clients be they large corporate organisations or individuals.  Over the past 23 years Jit has been fortunate to have worked with a variety of organisations and individuals and these experiences have shaped what he offers and how. 

He has developed significant expertise around how potential and talent can be identified for organisations through recruitment and assessment.  Coupled with his passion for continuous learning, development and growth he supports organisations and individuals to develop talent through coaching and development. Helping others to ignite their inner potential is one of his drivers and one of the core values of i3 Consultancy.

He focuses on helping businesses to assess, recruit and retain the best talent to enable organisations to thrive and be successful through one of their main assets, their human resource.  He supports organisations to nurture the human resource potential through various development activities, be that training or development assessment centres.  

As an integral development coach, Jit nurtures the inner potential of individuals by supporting them to develop themselves holistically, personally and professionally by supporting them to uncover what is true for them now and help them to explore and uncover a new way of being and existing.  

Jit invests significant time to understand his clients and their needs and this enables him to work with complete authencity and integrity by aligning what he offers and how he delivers for them.  He works in complete partnership and sees himself being at the side of his clients to support and deliver for them in their endeavours and journeys.

Jit is married and has 2 daughters, he enjoys reading, keeping fit, meditation and travel.  He is naturally curious and is an avid learner, personal development is very important to him.
